Built for India

The rules we started from, instead of retrofitting.

The established DMC platforms are capable products, built for European, Australasian and Middle Eastern operators. Drop one into an Indian tour desk and GST, TCS, WhatsApp and rupee pricing become your problem to solve by hand, on every booking, forever.

GST the way tour operators actually bill

Package billing, commission billing and pure-agent billing are taxed differently, and place of supply changes what you charge. The invoice engine is being built around those rules rather than a generic tax field.

  • Correct treatment per booking type, not one blanket rate
  • Place of supply derived from the booking, including inter-state
  • Invoice formats your CA will recognise without a phone call
  • Clean exports for your accounting software and returns

TCS on outbound, handled properly

Overseas tour package remittances attract TCS, and the rate depends on the amount and the nature of the remittance. Getting it wrong is expensive; getting it right by hand is slow.

  • TCS computed on the booking and shown on the invoice
  • Kept out of your margin, so profitability stays honest
  • Collection tracked separately from package revenue
  • Domestic and inbound bookings excluded automatically

WhatsApp is the channel, not a nice-to-have

Indian clients enquire, negotiate and confirm on WhatsApp. Software that assumes email as the primary channel adds a copy-paste step to every single interaction.

  • Enquiries read straight from WhatsApp into the pipeline
  • Proposals and vouchers shared as a link in one tap
  • Payment reminders and follow-ups drafted for the same thread
  • Conversation history attached to the booking, not lost in a phone

Cost in dollars, sell in rupees

Inbound DMCs are paid in foreign currency; outbound agencies buy in it. Either way you need your own forex rate with a buffer, not whatever a global tool pulls from a public feed.

  • Your own conversion rate and buffer per quote or per season
  • Cost lines in supplier currency, selling price in INR
  • Forex movement visible in realised margin, not silently absorbed
  • Rate cards stored in the currency they were negotiated in

Collection the way Indian clients pay

UPI for advances, bank transfer for balances, cards for corporates and NRIs. Payment links that work on an Indian phone at 11pm.

  • UPI, card and bank transfer against the same booking
  • Advance and balance schedules with automatic reminders
  • Receipts reconciled to the booking, not a separate ledger
  • Agent payments tracked against their own outstanding

Inbound, outbound and domestic in one system

Most Indian agencies do at least two of the three. The rules differ across all of them, and running two tools to cover it is how margin goes missing.

  • Inbound FIT and group costing in supplier currency
  • Outbound packages with TCS and forex handled
  • Domestic circuits with GST and state-level nuance
  • One client record regardless of which side they booked on

Proposals in the client’s language

Your inbound enquiries come from France, Germany, Japan and the Gulf. AI writes the same proposal in their language without you hiring a translator per market.

  • Proposal and itinerary generated in the client’s language
  • Your house voice preserved across languages
  • Vouchers still issued in the language your suppliers need
  • No separate template set to maintain per market

Indian pricing, Indian hosting

Subscription billed in INR with a GST invoice you can claim. Data hosted in India. No surprise dollar renewal when the rupee moves.

  • Priced for Indian agency economics, not converted from euros
  • GST invoice for your own subscription
  • Data hosted in Indian regions
  • Your rates and client data never pooled with other agencies
Side by side

Where a global tool leaves you stranded.

None of this makes those products bad. They were simply not built for a desk in Delhi, Kochi or Jaipur.

Tell us what your desk deals with

Every state, every specialisation and every accountant has a quirk. If your billing, your forex handling or your supplier mix works differently from what is described here, that is exactly what we want to hear while the modules are still being built.

What early members get

  • Founding-member pricing, locked for your first two years
  • Hands-on migration of your rate cards and past itineraries at onboarding
  • Direct line to the product team — your workflow shapes the build order
  • An honest status update every time a module ships, and when one slips

No card, no commitment, no trial clock running. We will only invite you in once the modules you actually need are ready.
